setConsent
Sets the end-user consent that getResult will pass into native payload generation.
Used by the consent flow of the scanning screen, which collects consent after the session has already been created. When consent is available before the session starts, use BlinkIdVerifySessionSettings.consent.
Consent can be set at any time before getResult; native session initialization no longer depends on it.
Return
true when consent has been accepted for later payload generation.
